Processing time

The time it takes to prepare an order before shipping varies.

• All in stock orders will take 2-3 days for processing.

• For custom orders, the processing time will be communicated at the time of order placement.

Shipping within the USA

All orders are shipped using USPS ground transport, which takes 3-7 business days to arrive after processing time. You will receive a tracking number.

International Shipping

As of now we do not provide international shipping.

Exchange and Returns

All art on this website are created by me and hold a special place in my heart, and I hope they find a good home. I also believe that through time, you will love my creations, and they will add a special charm to your household. We are sorry to inform you that returns and exchanges are not available for our products.

Damages and Refunds

I pack my art for shipment with great care so that it will not be damaged. The shipping and packaging material are tough and can withstand the roughest of shipping journey. In the eventuality of damage, all you need to do is send an email with an image of packaging, art piece and the order number to artandcraftmeena@gmail.com. We will refund you the product cost.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel an order be sure to do it within 24 hours of placing the order. We unfortunately can’t cancel an order after this window of time.
