Custom Art policy

Cost

•     The price of a custom art piece is based on size, style and complexity of the art.

Copyright ownership 

• The copyright to all custom art pieces created by me “Meenakshi Krishnamoorthy”, is owned by me “Meenakshi Krishnamoorthy”, and is protected by U.S. copy write law and international convention.

• Any reproduction, modification or commercial reselling of the art piece requires the written permission of the artist.

Payment 

• After the finalization of the custom art order, an advance payment of 50% of the price will be required as a deposit to begin the work. The balance 50% payment is due after the completion of the work before the shipment.

Cancellation policy

• If you decide to cancel the order be sure to do it within 24 hours of placing the order. Thereafter, the 50% payment will not be refunded.
